Michael was very responsive To all my messages. I requested to check in early and we were able to do so. You definitely can’t beat the location of this home.

We had a great time at this beautiful home, it was very accommodating and had all the essentials we were looking for. We loved the private pool and staying on the water. The location was very nice, we felt safe and secure. We would definitely visit again!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was clean, great location on the canal and beautiful pool. Close to everything you could possibly want.

Our family of seven people, including 4 adults and 3 teenage kids, stayed at Villa Cosima for a week in Feb 2026. The house is in relatively good condition and is well furnished. The furnishings and beds are comfortable. The king bed in the master bedroom is quite firm, while the king bed in the guest bedroom is about medium firmness. Depending on preferences, this may or may not be a problem. It actually worked out well for us since we prefer medium firmness while our son and daughter-in-law preferred the firmer mattress in the master bedroom. The pool area is screened in and the heated pool and separate hot tub are very nice. We spent a lot of time in this area. The hot tub came in especially handy on the cooler days. The house is located in a very nice neighborhood close to amenities, such as restaurants and grocery stores. Upon arrival we noticed a few minor problems such as a burnt out light fixture in the guest bathroom, a couple of sliding/bi-fold closet doors needing adjustment and the water in the hot tub had a greenish tint. By the next day, a handy man arrived and took care of the problems in the house and a pool maintenance person came and adjusted the chemicals in the hot tub, which took care of the problem for the rest of our stay. The property manager, Michael, was great and very responsive to any problems or questions we had. We would highly recommend this property and plan to stay again in the future.

Well appointed beautiful home, warm pool and lovely view

Lovely home. Quite neighborhood. Equipped kitchen. Nice grill. Clean pool. We enjoyed our time in Cape Coral.

This house was clean and comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and easy to walk every morning. If you have any physical limitations, it would be helpful to know that a spiral staircase to the upper level bedrooms (3 of the 4) is the only way to the upstairs. The pool while being a great size with a view of the bay, was dirty with mold and needed to be cleaned. Host wanted to charge $20 a day for electricity which was never listed in our contract.

House was great

We had a wonderful stay. The pool and hot tube was awesome. The condo was very well stocked with kitchen utensils. Enough towels and beach towels. We definitely will be back.
