Our family of four had a wonderful week long stay. The house, amenities, neighborhood, and location are fantastic. Peaceful and quiet, yet close to many attractions to explore. Michael and his team were a pleasure to deal with and very helpful! We’ll be back with more family next time, the house was so spacious abs lovely!
Positive: La maison est superbe avec beaucoup d'équipements et très bien placée, la piscine bien qu'assez ancienne est d'une belle taille avec une profondeur de plus de 2 m à un endroit. Negative: L'agent immobilier en charge de la maison qui est venu le dernier jour réclamer le paiement de la consommation électrique de notre séjour (139 $) !! Il a fallu lui montrer le contrat de réservation Booking qui mentionnait all include !! Bref sa démarche était tout simplement une arnaque ...
the home was very nice with a pool and hot tub in a lanai. unfortunately the area was very noisy and not enjoyable. There was constant noise from grass cutting every day, even Easter Sunday morning at 9am. Traffic and siren noise was non stop. When you drove somewhere, the traffic was horrendous. There was construction across the street, building a house. concrete cutting etc. There is a school within sight of the lanai, bright stadium lightscwere on until 10pm evry day. All out if control of the property manager. Will not stay anywhere in the area
We had a wonderful stay at this home! Very spacious with plenty of room for our family to gather, and the huge pool is absolutely perfect for the long hot days. The location of this home is perfect for shopping, gathering supplies, or to just visit friends and family in the Cape. We will be back to this house for sure, great host, very responsive and easily communicates.
This spacious vacation home in Cape Coral impressed us right from the start with its modern furnishings and private pool. The generous bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen made the stay especially pleasant for the whole family. We particularly want to highlight the property manager Michael – he was very pleasant and provided an excellent briefing that made everything run smoothly. Clear recommendation for relaxed family vacations in Florida!
Villa Cosima works great for a family or group vacation. The 4 bedroom/ 3 bath layout is ideal for a larger group. The screened in pool area is huge and we end up spending all day in the outdoor space. The beds are newer and very comfortable. The decor is dated, so if you want modern decor and furnishings this would not be the place. For us we like clean, comfortable, and lots of room and this fits the bill perfectly. Neighborhood is clean and quiet. If you get too loud the neighbors will let you know. If you want a party house this is not for you. Michael from Quality Home Service does an excellent job following up on any issues. We rent many places and it is always a big plus when you can trust the property manager you deal with.
Words can’t even describe how beautiful this location is ❤️ The house matches this beauty with elegant views, plenty of space for our family, and the pool is an amazing addition! We enjoyed the Yacht Club Public Beach, which is a five minutes or less drive by car or 15 minute walk from the house. Less crowded beach, clear water (great for bringing goggles over to explore) and of course, looking for shells 🐚 We drove to Fort Myers Beach, which is about a 30 minute drive by car. Lots of beach, places to walk to shop, eat or get ice cream, plenty of ocean to play in! Very popular, as some east side Floridians come over to the west side for the beaches. We had family dinners in the dinning room and outside at the table next to the pool. We enjoyed every minute of our family vacation 🥰 We couldn’t thank Michael enough for hosting us! He was very kind, responsive, and accommodating! We would definitely stay here again!! Thank you Michael from our family to yours! Tammy
House - 4.5/5 Host - 1/5 This host used computer methods to quickly switch a special description in and out right during the time of my purchase. They forced an in person meeting the first morning. We had no choice of time, he said “no, I’m coming” when we asked to reschedule. My wife is pregnant, and we just wanted to go to the beach. The meeting was not to show us stuff. It was to police us. He refused to fix broken locks which affected our safety. It was clearly to complain about previous tenants having a party and police us. It felt discriminatory and uncomfortable. The property manager made 2 really strange and kinda sexist comments about women and the pool. This is not how we wanted our vacation to start. Otherwise, the property was clean and included everything we needed for our trip.
