Lovely home. Quite neighborhood. Equipped kitchen. Nice grill. Clean pool. We enjoyed our time in Cape Coral.

We thoroughly enjoyed our month-long stay at this home. The photographs were an accurate depiction of the home. The pool was wonderful. Michael was attentive to early minor issues. The master bathroom shower valve needs a new cartridge to help with pressure and hot water issue. All other bathroom showers were fine. Overall experience was great and we would stay again.

Michael’s place was great and the location was good in Cape Coral.
He did want to meet on the first day, which is uncommon at other airbnbs I’ve stayed at. It was quick and painless, but worth pointing out since it isn’t the Airbnb norm.
Also, 2 of the 3 showers had relatively low water pressure and lukewarm water. We all primarily showered in a single shower that got just got enough to be comfortable.
Overall these were minor annoyances, but wanted to point them out. Other than that Michael’s place would great, and would highly recommend if these do not bother you!

We spent 29 nights at Michael's place, and felt at home right away. Michael was generous to schedule a time to greet and welcome us our first morning. My husband and I appreciated the special attention that Michael answered all of our questions on our first day. During our stay he responded quickly to our questions.
The neighbors are friendly, and created a conversation with us when we were walking in the neighborhood. They made us feel welcome, and we felt safe, and enjoyed their kindness and Christmas decorations.
This Luxury Waterfront Retreat home was as shown in the photos and description. The heated salt water pool was warm every November day. A very spacious home, with the best furnished kitchen wares for cooking and entertaining our guests.
We will definitely stay here again when in the area.
