Any unauthorized pets found on the premises will result in a non-refundable fee of $500, and in some cases, up to $1,000. Smoking is also strictly prohibited on the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $300 fee. We provide our guests with a basic set of consumables, including 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 garbage bag for each can, and 2 extra for the kitchen. We also supply some detergent and 2 dishwasher tabs. Any additional supplies must be provided by the guest. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance as we do not offer refunds for cancellations. However, if you do need to cancel, please note that a $100 processing fee will be charged. House - 4.5/5 Host - 1/5 This host used computer methods to quickly switch a special description in and out right during the time of my purchase. They forced an in person meeting the first morning. We had no choice of time, he said “no, I’m coming” when we asked to reschedule. My wife is pregnant, and we just wanted to go to the beach. The meeting was not to show us stuff. It was to police us. He refused to fix broken locks which affected our safety. It was clearly to complain about previous tenants having a party and police us. It felt discriminatory and uncomfortable. The property manager made 2 really strange and kinda sexist comments about women and the pool. This is not how we wanted our vacation to start. Otherwise, the property was clean and included everything we needed for our trip.

Michael’s home is absolutely beautiful, and exactly as pictured. I have never stayed in an Airbnb with a kitchen as well-stocked as this one. They have everything you could possibly need if you plan to cook for yourself. The place was very clean and beautifully decorated. The pool and patio out back are peaceful and serene. There is a sliding glass door from both the master bedroom and the living room to the pool. The master bathroom is enormous. The home is close to everything in the area. 10/10 recommend!
