Welcome to The Villa Enterprise! Our stunning location right on Memory Lake is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. With an electric heated pool and spa, as well as a large patio for entertaining or simply soaking up the sunshine, you'll never want to leave. The electric fireplace, equipped for all your entertainment needs, adds a cozy touch to the beautiful family room and master bedroom, both with surround sound. Our spacious master bedroom and two guest rooms comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook up a delicious meal and our 360 Virtual Tour allows you to preview our beautiful home before booking. Please note that we charge $0.20 per kilowatt-hour for electricity usage, with an average daily consumption of about $20.00. For the comfort and security of all our guests, we strictly enforce a minimum age requirement of 25 years old and the person booking must be present for the entire stay. We kindly request a valid Driver's License or State ID at the time of booking. We do not allow pets on our property, and any unauthorized pets will result in a non-refundable fee of up to $1,000. Smoking is also strictly prohibited, with a penalty of $300.00 for any signs of smoking. We provide our guests with a basic set of consumables, including toilet paper, garbage bags, kitchen paper, detergent, and dishwasher tabs. However, we ask that you take care of any additional needs during your stay. Please note that we do not provide a full propane tank for the grill. To ensure a stress-free experience, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. In the event of a cancellation, we charge a processing fee of $100.00 due to the time and effort involved in re-booking our property.
